FotoFest x Ahuriri — 28 Sept-22 Oct
FotoFest is a region-wide celebration of photography, with exhibitions, photographer talks, and workshops happening right across Hawke's Bay throughout the festival. This year marks a milestone for Ahuriri: for the first time, our suburb is part of FotoFest Hawke's Bay, running from 28 September - 22 October.
Negroni Week is Here! 21-27 Sept
Napier Negroni Week returns from Monday 21 to Sunday 27 September, and this year it's bigger than ever. A collaboration between Napier City and Ahuriri, the event brings together 18 venues across the CBD and Ahuriri.

On Sunday, November 22nd, Bridge Street and Spriggs Park will transform into a festive market with live music, food trucks, artisan stalls, kids’ activities, and a visit from Beach Santa. A Full House for the Ahuriri Ward Debate
The Ahuriri Ward debate filled the Ahuriri Sailing Club, with six candidates answering community questions in a lively, well-moderated event. Supported by the Rotary Club of Ahuriri Sunrise, the debate showed strong local engagement. A livestream is available on the Ahuriri Facebook page for one month — a must-watch ahead of the Ahuriri Ward election.
