Auckland FC Double Pass Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is the Ahuriri Business Association (ABA).
2. Eligibility
o Open to New Zealand residents only.
o Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
o Employees of ABA and participating businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
o To enter, participants must sign up to the Explore Ahuriri e-newsletter with their name and email address
o A bonus entry per person will be accepted by tagging the friend on our social media posts.
4. Competition Period
o Runs from Tuesday 15 September 2026 to 17 September 2026.
5. Prizes
o Two winners will be selected to receive two tickets each to attend the Auckland FC vs Western Sydney Wanderers match at McClean Park in Napier on Saturday 19th September.
o The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Notification
o Two winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 17 September 2026 at 12pm and announced via the Explore Ahuriri newsletter.
o The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or declines the prize, a replacement winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
o The Promoter will not be liable in the event that the notification message does not reach the potential winner on any account whatsoever.
7. Use of Content
o By entering, participants grant permission for ABA to share their name for promotional purposes – without further notice or compensation. No personally identifiable details such as email address, phone number, age, or gender will be published or shared publicly.
8. General
o This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
o By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, ABA, and participating venues from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
o ABA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
